Young shooters receive both beginning and
intermediate training in rifle shooting. The participants are
offered basic shooting, fundamentals of sportsmanship within the
shooting fraternity and individual training. They will learn ways to
improve individual competitive shooting ability and a positive
attitude toward good shooting habits.
Camp activities include classes, coaching on the
range, practice, sanctioned matches, recreational activities and
lots of fun.
Camp Mary Dell is set in a beautiful wooded park south of Abilene.
The campers stay in supervised cabins. There is a modern cafeteria
and all meals will be prepared for the campers. The camp opens

Association. Junior memberships are available for $10. Parents are
required to sign a release of liability. Adults staying over will
also be charged a $50 fee.
